Job Description: Selling Opteon and Freon branded refrigerants to new accounts. Expanding business sales to existing accounts. Managing all aspects of the selling process. Administering sales policies and programs to meet sales and profit goals for the segment. Managing and building relationships with existing customers. Identifying and establishing relationships with new customers. Developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth with key HVACR OEM customers. Building and maintaining senior-level relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Serving as the primary point of contact for procurement leadership at major accounts. Partnering cross-functionally to ensure strong customer satisfaction and issue resolution. Positioning Chemours’ value proposition and differentiation against competitors. Leveraging industry knowledge to strengthen Chemours’ market position in HVACR refrigerants. Leading account reviews and delivering data-driven presentations to senior leadership. Managing demand forecasting to support planning, capacity, and resource allocation. Overseeing pricing strategy and partnering on market sizing, analytics, and competitive insights. Managing RFQs, tracking account performance, and communicating risks and opportunities to leadership. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of sales or account management experience in the HVACR industry or a closely related sector. Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven sales analytics. Ability to travel (up to 50%) to meet with customers and attend industry events. Direct experience managing OEM accounts at a national or global level (preferred). C-Suite and executive level communication (preferred). Familiarity with refrigerants and their applications (preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external clients (preferred).
